- Business data — products, prices, inventory, sales records and the fiscal receipts you generate.
- Usage data — device type, app version and basic analytics that help us improve the Service.

We use your information to operate the Service, process sales, generate TRA-compliant VFD receipts, provide customer support, send important service notices and improve our features. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.
Sharing & disclosure
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as payment and hosting partners), and with the Tanzania Revenue Authority where fiscalisation is legally required. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data security & retention
We protect your data with encryption in transit and access controls. Sales and fiscal records are retained for as long as required by Tanzanian tax law. You can request deletion of your account data, subject to those legal retention obligations.
