These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BiasharaPOS application, website and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be a registered business or an authorised representative to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & payment
BiasharaPOS is offered on a flat monthly subscription with no per-transaction charges. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give you notice before any change to pricing takes effect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, reselling it without permission, or using it for unlawful activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the sales and tax data you record.
Tax compliance
The Service helps you issue TRA-compliant VFD receipts, but you remain responsible for meeting your own tax obligations under Tanzanian law. We are not a substitute for professional tax or accounting advice.
Availability & liability
We work to keep the Service reliable and to support offline use, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiasharaPOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. On termination you can export your data subject to applicable legal retention periods.
Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
